Carl, aided by Ruth and Kathy sowed wild flower seeds on Bloomers Corner. Note Carl and Ruth sporting the new Bloomers polo shirts and high viz!! Thanks to Kathy for the photographs. Carl with the Lackham Students plants memorial tree today, as well as more clearing garden debris. Brilliant job being done. Terri transported the tree in her 'flower power mobile' !!, see below...

Richard MTC, who had completed the Bloomers Bug Hotel yesterday was back again this afternoon to fork over the ground ready for Carl to sow the wildflower seeds. Melksham Bloomers feel privileged to have Superman Richard on board.....

Massive thanks to everybody who turned out for today's Great British Spring Clean - and what a gorgeous spring day. Quite a few bags of mixed rubbish were collected and weeding carried out as well.

Mick has been very busy in the Friends Garden this morning installing a solar powered pump into the water feature. Great work Mick.
15:45 and the water feature is taking great shape, needs a bit more sand and cement to finish. Carl has also been doing a bit more garden maintenance. This week Ruth finished clearing out all the woody debris and what a fantastic job she did - unfortunately Carl is starting to make a new debris heap!!
